Step 1

Sift brown sugar, beat egg, and mix all ingredients together and place spoonfuls of the mixture in prepared pastry shells. Bake in a 450 degree F. oven for 8 minutes, and then reduce temperature to 350 degrees F., and leave in oven until pastry is golden brown which is about 15 minutes.
