Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Swiss style cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound Kraft Philadelphia Triple cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 1 garlic clove halved optional
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Rub inside of 4 quart pot with garlic, and discard. Add wine and lemon juice and bring to low simmer on medium heat. Slowly stir in small amounts of combined cheese. Stir constantly in a zig-zag pattern to prevent cheese from seizing and balling up. Cook just until cheese is melted and smooth.
Step 2
Transfer cheese to a fondue serving pot, set over a low flame or warmer.
Step 3
Serve with cubed bread, chopped apples , bell peppers, cherry tomatoes or any vegetable or meat of choice.
