Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce Box Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 small Onion minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper flakes
- 1 cup White Wine or Chicken Broth
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled devained tails removed
- 1 Lemon cut into 6 wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat add garlic and onion. Cook vegetables stirring until browned about 3 minutes. Add oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and wine or chicken broth to skillet and stir. Bring sauce to a simmer. Cook about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add shrimp to skillet. Cook just until shrimp turn firm and pink about 3 minutes. Drain pasta and place in large serving bowl.
Step 3
Pour shrimp mixture over pasta. Toss lightly. Squeeze 2 lemon wedges over the top. Serve scampi with remaining lemon wedges.

- 2 oz green spaghetti
- 2 cups shrimp
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
Method
- Boil the red and green spaghetti separately in salted water until al dente.
- Fry the shrimp in a pan with plenty of salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese, and stir through until combined.
- Arrange the cooked spaghetti in an alternating pattern on a plate.
- Top with the creamy shrimp sauce
- Garnish, and serve!
