- 1 1/2 cup Beer
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 pound Aged cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in the fondue pot. Add beer and warm it without brining to a boil. Reduce heat.
Step 2
Gradually add Cheese and mix well while adding.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Step 4
Dip toast , cool a few seconds and enjoy. Repeat but no double-dipping.
If mixture is too hard, add beer. Too soft, add cheese.
