- 1 C sugar
- 3 over ripe bananas
- 1/2 C walnuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and butter with the mixer.
Step 2
Once combined and creamy add the eggs, vanilla, and bananas. The mixture might look lumpy but it will be fine.
Step 3
Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix.
Step 4
The last step is to add the nuts.
Step 5
Place in a baking pan that has been prepared with butter and flour on each of the sides so the banana bread will come out easily after baking.
Step 6
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 1 hour or untill a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
Freeze banana's that are about to go bad. That way you have them when you are making banana bread.
