Ingredients
- 1 8oz bag of elbow noodles
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 15oz cans of chili
- 1 can drained corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Boil noodles till done drain
Step 2
In a large skillet melt butter,add green pepper and onion
cook till tender
Step 3
Add chili,corn,salt & pepper
simmer on low heat 5 minutes
Step 4
Top with cheddar cheese and cover
low heat 5 minutes
