Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 c. sliced peeled apples
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- chopped nuts, optional
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place sweet potatoes in buttered baking dish. Add apples; layer with marshmallows.
2. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over marshmallows.
3. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 c. water until smooth; pour over all. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour
May make several days ahead; cover tightly and refrigerate.
