Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes vanilla or coconut instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 and 1/2 cup Plain Greek-Style Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 19 oz box mini vanilla wafers cookies
- 4 - 5 ripe medium bananas, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, yogurt and vanilla; beat with whisk for two minutes.
2. Place cookies in plastic bag and press to break up slightly.
3. In a 9 x 13 glass baking dish, layer pudding with cookie pieces and bananas, pressing solids down into pudding and ending with a layer of pudding. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
add caramel sauce to top when serving
