- 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice , uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin , cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper , cut into thin strips
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) sugar snap peas
- 3 green onions , diagonally sliced

Step 1
Cook rice as directed on package.
Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.
Stir in soy sauce mixture; cook 1 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.
SPECIAL EXTRA
For a spicier flavour, add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to soy sauce mixture before cooking.
VARIATION
Substitute Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing for the Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, soy sauce, cornstarch and ground ginger. Cook meat, peppers and peas in 1 tsp. oil as directed. Add dressing with onions; cook and stir 1 min.
SUBSTITUTE
Substitute snow pea pods for the sugar snap peas.
