Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil , divided
  • 4 frozen seasoned small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1 lb./500 g)
  • 1 pkg. (225 g) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion , sliced, separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 10 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F). Remove chicken from skillet to serving platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.


Add remaining 1 Tbsp. oil, the mushrooms and onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Reduce heat to low.


Stir in sour cream and barbecue sauce until well blended; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon over the chicken; sprinkle with parsley.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad and whole wheat roll.

SUBSTITUTE
Prepare as directed, using your favourite flavour of Kraft BBQ Sauce.
