Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 15 1/2oz can of salmon drained and flaked
  • 1/2cup round buttery crackers crushed
  • 1/2tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2tsp lemon zest
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine slamon, crackers, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice; form into 5-6 patties.

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden.
