Simple Sweet 'N Sour Meatball Simmer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) frozen fully cooked meatball s (1/2 of 680-g pkg.)
  • 3 cups frozen mixed pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Pure Apricot Jam
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except rice in large skillet.


Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.


Serve over rice.

SUBSTITUTE
Substitute bite-size frozen mixed vegetables for the pepper strips.

SPECIAL EXTRA
Add 1/2 tsp. each ground ginger and garlic powder to the sauce before cooking as directed.
