Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) frozen fully cooked meatball s (1/2 of 680-g pkg.)
- 3 cups frozen mixed pepper strips
- 1/4 cup Kraft Pure Apricot Jam
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
