Ingredients
- 4 corn tortillas, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- 4-6 minced garlic cloves
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 10 oz. can of Rotel
- 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions and tortillas until onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add garlic and keep on heat for another minute.
Step 3
Add all ingredients into a huge pot and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
