  • 1/2 C CHOPPED ONION
  • DASH PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP RUBBED SAGE
  • 1 1/2 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 C KETCHUP
  • 1/2 C PACKED BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

IN LG BOWL BEAT EGGS
ADD MILK,SALTINES,SAGE,AND PEPPER
ADD BEEF AND MIX WELL

Step 2

SHAPE INTO A 8 1/2 IN. X 4 1/2 IN. LOAF IN AN UNGREASED SHALLOW BAKING PAN
COMBINE REMAINING INGRIDENTS AND SPREAD 3/4 C OVER MEAT LOAF

Step 3

BAKE AT 350 FOR 60-65 MIN. OR UNTIL NO PINK REMAINS
DRAIN

Step 4

LET STAND FOR 10 MIN. BEFORE SLICING
SERVE WITH REMAING SAUCE
