Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 cup molasses (1/2 blackstrap 1/2 cooking)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 4 3/4 cup flour

Step 1
Blend together first 5 ingredients.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
Step 3
Alternate adding dry mix and milk to beaten butter mixture.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 15 min, let cookies puff up but not brown, let cool on tray
