Step 1
Preheat oven to 475. large bowl combine eggs , milk, flour, salt and 1 T oil. Blend ingredients together with mixer. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Grease muffin tin with 3 T oil. Pour mixture in tins about 3/4 the way full.
Step 3
Bake pop overs at 475 for 15 minutes. turn oven down to 350 and bake and additional 30 minutes.
Step 4
Makes 9 popovers serve with a little butter.
