  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 325. in large bowl blend the first 4 ingredients with mixer.

Step 2

place muffin liners in muffin tin and place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. pour batter on top of wafer 3/4 full.

Step 3

bake 25 minutes. makes 12. cool in refrigerator.
