Ingredients

2 t milk
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C shortning
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 3/4 C flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 C peanut butter
1 bag Hersey kisses

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven 375. mix first 6 ingredients well by hand. add remaining ingredients minus the hersey kisses and mix well.

Step 2

place a teaspoon full of batter on cookie sheet. bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. place hersey kiss in the middle of cookie after removing from the oven. place on cookie rack to cool.
