Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury Ready to Bake!TM refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cookie dough rounds from tray and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
Step 2
Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Roll each cookie into a ball, place onto cooling rack and allow 30 minute to cool completely. Meanwhile, in 1 quart heavy saucepan, heat chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth, remove from heat.
Step 3
Dip cooled cookie balls, one at a time, into melted chocolater and place onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Immediately place a few oats on to of each coated cookie ball. If necessary, reheat chocolate dipping mixture. Refrigerate truffles about 10 minutes or until coating has set.
