Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water/soy milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- Filling
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 TBSPNS cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine softened
- Icing
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tspn vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Disslove yeast in warm milk. Mix together the sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Add flour and mix well. Knead dough into a large ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover it and let it rise for an hour.
Step 2
Punch down the dough and roll it out. Cut 3 inch long strips from the dough. Combine filling ingredients in a bowl. Spread margarine over the dough and sprinkle the filling on each strip. Put in oven at 400F/200C. bake 10 to 15 minutes until light brown on top.
Step 3
Combine icing ingredients. beat well until icing is fluffy. coat each bun generously with icing-while hot!
