  • 5 cups warm water

  • 3 TBSPNS dry yeast
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 TBSPNS salt

Step 1

mix 1/2 cup boiling water and 1 cup tap water (make sure its not too hot), 1/4 cup sugar and yeast together. cover and let it sit for 10 minutes. in a large bowl put in oil, rest of the sugar, 2 cups warm water, salt, and 8 cups flour. mix and then add yeast mixture and mix again. now start adding the remaining flour slowly 2 cups at a time until its all mixed in. Now add a 1/4 cup of water at a time. if dough is too firm add water and TBSPNS oil. if its too soft add more flour. grease side of a bowl with oil and put dough in. cover and let it rise. punch down and let rise again. bake at 350
