Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Lime - Juiced
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper - To Taste
  • Salt & Pepper - To Taste
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast Halves - Cut into 1/2-inch Pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and lime juice. Season with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place the chicken in the dish and stir to coat. Cover and marinate 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread onto skewers and discard marinade.

Step 3

Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
