Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Butter - Softened
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Celery Salt
- 2 lb. Tilapia Fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Line a pan with aluminum foil.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Arrange fillets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place the fillets 4-6 inches from the heat source, broil 1 minute, top with parmesan mixture and broil 2-3 minutes longer. Be careful not to overcook the fish.
