Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef (Sirloin Round of Chuck) - Cut into 1/2 x 2 inch strips
- Garlic Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cube Beef Bouillon
- 1/4 cup Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Large Bell Peppers - Roughly Chopped
- 14.5 oz. Stewed Tomatoes with Liquid

Step 1
Sprinkle beef with garlic powder. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and brown the beef. Transfer to crock pot.
Step 2
Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into crock pot, stir in onion, peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Step 3
Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
