Preparation

Step 1

Beat 2 eggs at room temp. in a medium bowl until frothy. Mix in milk. Gradually beat in flour and salt, beating until smooth and bubbly.

Step 2

Heat beef drippings in 12 muffin cups. When sizzling hot, pour batter in muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake in 450 degrees f. oven for about 30 minutes. When finished it should be puffed and browned.
