Crescent Roll Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 lemon zested
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp italian seasoing
- 2 pkgs (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix chopped cooked chicken, diced bell pepper, zest of lemon, minced garlic cloves, shredded mozzarella cheese. mayonnaise, and italian seasoning together.
Step 2
Unroll crescent dough. Separate triangles. Arrange triangle in circle on round stone with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward outside of stone.
Step 3
Scoop meat mixture evenly on widest ends of triangles all around in a circle.
Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. (Filling may not be completely covered)
Step 4
Place parmesan cheese on top of dough and
Cook on 375 for 30 minutes
Step 5
Slice the lemon and put the slices around the ring of the cooked dough
To save time - I use either leftover cooked chicken or a rotisserie chicken.
