Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 tbsp. plus 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 container (15 qt.) vanilla ice cream
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie fillings

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 3 tbsp. sugar. Press into 9 inch spring form pan. Freeze 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in large bowl with electric mixer beat cream cheese, remaining 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
Step 3
Into spring form pan, spoon byeyers ice cream
pressing to form an even layer. Evenly spread on cream cheese mixture. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Top cheesecake with cherry pie filling.
