Pistachio Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 pkg. Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
- 7 Drops Green Food Coloring

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt cake pan
Step 2
In large bowl mix cake mix, pudding mix. Mix well. Pour in eggs, water, oil, extract, and food color. eat with mixer for 2 min. at med. speed.
Step 3
Pour batter into cake pan. Bake for 50-55 min or until cake springs back when touched.
Step 4
Cool for 15 min. Turn over onto wire rack and let cool completely.
