Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup onions
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodle --> (not cooked)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 cups of milk
- 1lb of Velveeta cheese
- 1/2lb of American cheese

Step 1
Melt butter, add onions and sauté. Add chicken broth; bring to boil. Gradually add noodles and salt; continue to boil. Cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder. Cook for 4 minutes. Add Velveeta cheese and American cheese; then milk. Add pepper; stir constantly until cheese is melted. Soup will be done. If it seems too thick, just add milk.
