Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1/2 pound sausage
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 1 c shredded carrots
• 1 c tomato sauce
• 1/2 c water
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c chopped onion
• 1 t oregano 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 6 slices cheese
• Potato Top
• 1 1/4 c water
• 6 slices of cheese cut into squares
• 2 c mashed potatoes whipped with butter and milk
• salt and pepper
