  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Self-Rising Flour
  • 3/4 c. Milk
  • 28 oz. Can Peaches In Heavy Syrup
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in 2 qt. baking dish and place in oven to melt.

Step 2

In a large bowl stir flour and sugar together. Slowly add milk while constantly stirring to prevent lumps. Remove baking dish from oven.

Step 3

Pour batter into baking dish without stirring. Spoon peaches onto batter, then gently pour syrup over mixture without stirring. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 4

Bake for 30-45 min. or until golden brown.
