  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 stick cold butter or cold coconut oil or shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Measure flour, baking powder and salt into a sifter. Sift into a bowl. Cut in cold butter or other fat with a pastry cutter until evenly incorporated. You can use food processor instead.

Store homemade bisquick in the refrigerator for up to 4 months.
