Marshmallow & Pineapple Squares

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 c. Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 pkg. Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 Jar Marshmallow Crème
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Thawed
- 1 c. Boiling Water
- 2 pkgs. Lemon Jell-O Mix
- 8 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients until missed completely. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake for 8 min.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, marshmallow crème, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Mix in cool whip; spread over crust. Refrigerate until ready.
Step 3
Add boiling water to Jell-O; stir for 2 min. until dissolved. Stir in pineapples. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thick. Spoon over dessert.
