Step 1
Place all 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until the butter is smooth. If too soft, add more icing sugar until it reaches a spreadable consistency. Eat and enjoy.
Step 2
To store: scoop strawberry butter into bowl. Cover and store in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before spreading on muffins, biscuits, etc.
You can also give this as a delicious gift. Put in a basket with biscuits or muffins and a spreading knife.
