Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Softened Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Cream Of Tartar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Step 2
In a Large Bowl, cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer on high. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Step 3
In a second bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together
Step 4
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together for rolling. Take 2 tbsp. of dough and roll into a ball. Roll the dough in the sugar mixture. Press onto a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Bake the cookies for 12 min.
