Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh kale
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°F. Wash kale thoroughly and spin dry. Tear kale into bite size pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. Lay kale out on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until dry and crispy. Allow to cool.
