Ingredients

  • 2 lb of boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 10 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 2 tbsp of garlic powder
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 3 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup of green onions dices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500 F. Spray a 9x13 in pan

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and hot sauce.

Step 3

Lightly swirl the potatoes in the sauce and place then in the pan. Leave as much mixture in the bowl as possible. Bake for 40-45 minutes stirring ever 10 minutes .

Step 4

While potatoes are baking add the chicken to the olive oil mix and let sit.

Step 5

Once potatoes are done remove and reduce heat to 400 F. Then add he chicken once again leaving behind most of the olive oil mixture

Step 6

In a medium bowl add together the cheese, bacon, and green onions then add it to the pan.

Step 7

Place back in the oven for another 15 minutes or untill chicken is done and cheese is bubbly.

Serve with hot sauce and blue cheese
