Ingredients
- 12 egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 375 F. Caramelize sugar in baking pan. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Combine egg yolks, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Gently stir in a circular motion until blended.
Step 3
Strain and pour into baking pan.
Step 4
Cover pan with foil and arrange in a wide, oven-safe dish with about 1-inch of water (water bath).
Step 5
Bake in a 375 F oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in the middle of custard comes out clean.
Step 6
Remove from oven, allow to cool and refrigerate to set.
Step 7
To serve, turn flan over on a serving plate, ending with caramel on top.
