Pickled Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of peppers (any kind)
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pickling salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the peppers. Throw out the stems.

Step 2

Pack peppers into hot jars.

Step 3

Combine vinegar and water. Heat to a simmer. DO NOT boil.

Step 4

Pour hot vinegar/water into jars. Add pickling salt and garlic cloves.

Step 5

Process 10 minutes.
