- 1 cup fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- Ketchup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except ketchup, well and form loaf. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 3
Take out and put ketchup over the top of the meat and continue baking for 15 minutes.
