Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 small head of lettuce torn into bite dize pieces
- 1/2 bunch of romaine lettuce torn in bite size pieces
- 2 medium celery stalks chopped
- 2 tsp thinly sliced green onion
- 1 11oz can of nandarin orange slices
- Dressing
- 1/8 tsp tabasco
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook almonds and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted and almonds are coated. Cool and break.
Step 2
Prepare dressing: shake all ingredients in a tight container. Refrigerated until serving.
