Ingredients
- 1&1/4 cup flour
- 1tblsp active dry yeast
- Dash salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tblsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together flour,yeast and salt.
Step 2
Mi x oil and water together.
Step 3
Add water mix to flour mix and stir together with a fork.
Step 4
Use a bit more flour to flour your countertop and take dough out of bowl and put onto floured area. Knead with hands until smooth and elastic for @ 10minutes.
Step 5
Put dough back into bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let dough rest for 5 to 15 minutes. Dough will rise the longer it rests. If you like a thick crust for your pizza let the dough rise for awhile...thinner crust only let it rise for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Roll dough out on floured surface or even use cornmeal to change it up. Put on pizza tray. Cover in sauce and whatever toppings you want.
Step 7
Bake pizza at 350· unil cooked through. The baking time will vary depending on the thickness of the crust and the amount of toppings put on it.
