Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Savory Honey Mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive or oil
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, stems removed
  • 1 qt. (4 cups) strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.)l Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed

Preparation

Step 1

BEAT vinegar and mustard in small bowl with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, beating with wire whisk until well blended.

Step 2

TOSS spinach with strawberries, onions, cheese and poppy seed in large salad bowl. Add mustard dressing; mix lightly.

SERVE immediately.
