Ingredients

  • BATTER
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp backing powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 ounce sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 5 ounces milk
  • GLAZE
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

preheat donut maker and apply vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2

in large bowl mix all batter ingredients together. place about 1 tbsp of batter in each donut cup and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

mix all glaze ingredients together and place over cooled donuts.
