Ingredients

  • 4 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST COOKED AND CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
  • 12 CORN TORTILLAS or FLOUR TORTILLAS CUT INTO STRIPS
  • 3 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2 CANS OF CREAM OF CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1/2 CUP OF MAYONAISE
  • 1 CAN DICED GREEN CHILIS 7oz can
  • JUICE FROM 1/2 A LEMON

Preparation

Step 1

Turn oven on to 325 degrees
Grease a 9X13 casserole dish
In a mixing bowl mix together the 2 cans of Soup and the Mayonaise and the Chilies and the Lemon juice Mix until well blended

Step 2

Layer 1/4 Chicken Strips and then layer Tortilla Strips over the Chicken Strips then put 1/4 of the Sauce on top of Tortillas and then put 1/4 of the Shredded Chedder Cheese Try and spread the sauce evenly over Tortillas to help moisten the Tortilla Strips
Repeat the layers until the casserole dish is filled

Step 3

Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 Hour
Let stand for 10 minutes
