Ingredients
- 1 !/2 cup flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 large ripe bananas mashed, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg beaten, 1/3 cup butter melted. Topping: 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. butter.

Step 1
In a large bowl combine first four ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter. Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients until moist. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Step 2
For the topping mix the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut the butter in until crumbly. Top over muffins.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees f. for 18-20 minutes.
