Ingredients
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) plus 6tbsp. butter, softened 3/4c.firmly packed brown sugar 1/2c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2c. flour
- 1tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2tsp. salt 3c. oats
- 1c. raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and brown sugar and sugar together in Lg. bowl.
Step 2
Add eggs and vanilla mix well.
Step 3
Add flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt, mix well scraping sides as needed until well blended.
Step 4
Drop by Tablespoons full onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake 350 8-10min.Done when no longer glossy on tops and slightly brown.
Remove from cookie sheet or they keep cooking.Also can make bar cookies in a 13x9-inch ungreased metal baking pan.Bake 30 - 35 min.
