Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. coca
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup of any soda pop
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows and blend at low speed. Blend well, then add marshmallows by hand. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool then spread on Pop Icing.
