3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake ingredients together. Then mix topping and sprinkle on top of cake mix. Pour 1 1/2 cups water over both. Do not stir it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
